Harbour therapy rooms provides high quality, affordable therapy rooms to hire on an hourly or daily basis:

All the rooms are ideal for individual consultations, with two larger rooms also equipped for group sessions.

How to get here
By bus
The nearest bus stops are within
5 minutes on Wellington Street.
By car
There is on street parking On Queens Street, outside our centre and on adjoining streets – Little Queen Street, Park Place and St Paul’s Street. This is ideal for up to 2 hours.
For longer periods the Q-Park car park is only 3 minutes, 200 metres away, at the end of Castle Street and Little Queen Street. Access by car is on Castle Street. There are other long stay car parks within easy walking distance. Next nearest is 5 minutes’ walk – NCP Leeds Wellington Place: information here, map here.

Train, foot or bike
Leeds central train station is an easy 6 minutes, 500 metres walk away. From the station follow Wellington Street and turn right onto Queen Street.
We have three cycle bolts attached to a wall for ease of locking.
On street parking information
There are almost always on-street parking spaces available in Queen Street and adjoining us on York Place, Park Place and St Paul’s Street. Sometimes the pay machines are not working so it may be useful to set up to Pay by phone
